Paul Michowicz, CFA, FRM, brings over two decades of expertise in structured credit, securitization, capital markets, and risk management to his role as Director of Treasury, Securitisation, and Capital Programs at Gallantree. His career spans leadership roles at global investment banks, hedge funds, and trading firms, where he excelled in structuring and trading ABS, MBS, CLOs, and other structured products. Paul has successfully led complex financing programs, raising significant capital across diverse asset classes, including real estate, infrastructure, and renewable energy. His deep experience in securitization structures, SPV creation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MiFID II and Dodd-Frank) has been a cornerstone of his career.

Paul is a finance executive with a strong analytical foundation and a proven ability to develop innovative financial solutions, including designing risk management systems and executing large-scale transactions. He holds dual honors degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from Wharton. Alongside his professional credentials as a CFA and FRM, he has held licenses across the U.S., UK, and Australia, reflecting his global expertise in financial markets. At Gallantree, Paul leads the structured credit side of the business, leveraging his vast experience to drive securitization strategies, capital programs, and treasury management.
